EUGENE "RICO" WHITFIELD

DURHAM -- Former resident of Goldsboro Eugene "Rico" Whitfield passed away March 24, 2012, at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Durham.
Eugene was a graduate of Dillard High School in the class of 1965.
He was the son of Dorothy Langston.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Whitfield, and two children.
The family will receive friends at 705 E. Holly St.
Funeral services will be at Sweet Hope Free Will Baptist Church, 3341 Mobley's Bridge Road, Grimesland, Saturday, March 31, 2012, at 1 p.m.
