SMITHFIELD -- Alfred "Al" Dallas Stewart, 74, 158 Beth Drive, died Sunday morning at Duke University Hospital.
Funeral will be tonight at 7 in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home in Princeton, with the Rev. Dennis Pollock and the Rev. Johnathon Massey officiating. Burial will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery.
He was born Sept. 16, 1937, the son of the late Frank and Katie Anderson Stewart. He was married to Shirley Hartley Stewart.
He is survived by a daughter.
Visitation will be tonight at 5 and immediately following the service.
