RALPH H. MCCABE

Ralph Harrell McCabe, 70, went to be with his Lord and Savior Friday evening, Jan. 13, 2012, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
A service to celebrate his life will be held Monday, Jan. 16, 2012, at 7 p.m. at the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro. The family will receive friends following the service and other times at the residence.
Ralph attended Bethel United Methodist Church and retired from BellSouth after 37 and a half years of service as a cable repair technician.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Caudell McCabe; a son, Tony McCabe and wife, Lisa, of Goldsboro; two daughters, V. Janelle McCabe and Jane Caudell Steele of Goldsboro; three grandchildren, Ashley McCabe Rice and husband, Rob, Austin McCabe and Noah Stone; special friends, Betsy Garrison and Peggy Potter; and his beloved dogs, Buster and Moose.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Kitty Askins Hospice Center or Bethel United Methodist Church in Ralph's memory.
