ROBERT "BOB" S. FAULK SR.

RAEFORD -- Robert "Bob" S. Faulk Sr., 71, Raeford, passed away Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, at Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville.
He was born March 23, 1940, in Mount Olive.
Mr. Faulk was a graduate of North Duplin High School class of 1958 and a graduate of DeVry Technical Institute in Chicago.
Mr. Faulk owned and operated Sturdivant Supply Inc. in Fayetteville until his retirement in 2008.
He is survived by his wife, Janice C. Faulk; his mother, Erma A. Goodson of Mount Olive; son, Robert S. Faulk Jr. and wife, Kelley, of Stafford, Va.; a daughter, Susan F. Sweitzer and husband, Patrick, of Monroe, Ga.; a brother, Wayne E. Faulk Jr. and wife, Ellen, of Lawrenceville, Ga.; and a grandson, Samuel Sweitzer.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Boles Funeral Home in Southern Pines, with bishop Alton Burrow officiating.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Boles Funeral Home in Southern Pines.
Graveside service will be held Friday, Nov. 4, 2011, at 1 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park in Goldsboro.
