The funeral for Aaron Strong, 28, 200 Trappers Wood Drive, was held Monday, Oct. 31, 2011, at 1 p.m. at New Jackson Tabernacle, 427 Franklin St. in Mount Olive. The Rev. Roosevelt Herring officiated. Burial was in Oakview Cemetery.
Aaron died Oct. 24 at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
He is survived by his estranged wife, Tiffany Strong; his parents, Willie Earl and Lorene Strong; a sister-in-law, Paula Strong; a brother, Willis Durell Strong; two sisters, Latisha Johnson and Monique Crawford; two nephews, Issiah Broadhurst and Thai Strong; and two nieces, Dazia and Kyren Strong.
The viewing was Sunday, Oct. 30, 20112, at Garris Funeral Home of Mount Olive from 3 to 7 p.m.
The funeral procession lined up at the home one hour prior to the funeral Monday.
