MARYLAND -- Hoey Best, formerly of Wayne County, died at home.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Deliverance Free Will Baptist Church in Temple Hill, Md., with a wake from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
Freedom Funeral of Temple Hill is in charge of arrangements.
