NAOMI WILLIAMS

ASHEVILLE -- Naomi Williams, 88, Tipperary Drive, took her wings and left this earth to go be with her heavenly father Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at her residence.
A native of Pender County, N.C., she was the daughter of the late James Thomas and Fannie Chase Andrews.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Wilkins Williams, and a son, Wilkins Williams Jr.
She was a talented seamstress and an excellent homemaker. She loved her family, and especially enjoyed being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by daughters, Joyce A. Smith and husband, William, and Cheryl West; daughter-in-law Joan Williams; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Interment will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Wayne Memorial Park in Goldsboro, N.C.
