RUSSELL "RED" BOONE

WINSTON-SALEM -- Russell "Red" Boone, formely of Goldsboro, died Saturday at Springwood Care Center.
Funeral will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at E.M. Matthews Life Celebration Chapel.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Johnson Chapel Church Cemetery.
He was born to the late Phillip Jackson Boone and Elton Boone March 27, 1921, in Garysburg. He was married to the late Julie Mae Boone.
He is survived by two daughters and a son.
