Johnnie Mae Atkinson, 104 N. Center St., died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at E.M. Matthews Life Celebration Chapel.
She was born to Johnnie Kornegay and Mary Kornegay Nov. 20, 1955, in Wayne County. She was married to Cleveland Atkinson.
She is survived by a stepdaughter and a stepson.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
