Cleta Francis Council, 77, 1405 Poplar St., Apt. 21, died Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Union Church in Goldsboro. Burial will be in Williams Family Cemetery.
She was born Jan. 11, 1934, to the late Henry Woodall and Almeta Williams. She was married to Henry Council.
She is survived by her children.
Visitation will be Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m., with the family present from 7 to 8 p.m. at Rhodes Funeral Home.
