James Lee Philyaw, 65, of Gray, Ga., formerly of Bowden, died Friday in Macon, Ga.
A celebration of life will be held Tuesday at Friendship C.M.E. Church in James, Ga.
He was the son of the late Lummie and Lillie Bell Philyaw.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Lawrence Philyaw.
Services are by Collin Funeral Home, Gray, Ga.
