WINSTON-SALEM -- Charles "Chuck" Aaron Sullivan Jr., 70, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011, at Forsyth Memorial Hospital in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Chuck was born in Wayne County June 15, 1940, to the late Charles Aaron Sullivan Sr. and Dorothy Mooring Sullivan.

A graduate of Nahunta High School, he served in the United States Army four years, worked as a truck driver with Hennis Freight Lines for more than 20 years and was a blacksmith, like his father and grandfather before him.

He enjoyed riding horses, witnessing to those he met and sharing his love for Christ.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant son, Stephan Sullivan, and his wife, Linda Sullivan.

Chuck is survived by two sons, Charles Sullivan III and Danny Sullivan, and his sisters, Dottie Sullivan Keen (Jerry), Ann Sullivan Smith (Jack) and Cathy Sullivan Neese (Jim). He is also survived by his dear friends, Billy and Susie Anderson.

Funeral arrangements are not yet complete.
