SNOW HILL -- Rocco B. Ruggiano, 79, passed away on Friday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Rocco had been living with his daughter, Cheryl Jeffris in Snow Hill. He was formerly of Rhode Island and funeral services will be announced there this week.
