Rose Bennett Page Zimmerman passed away Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010, at Mount Olive Care and Rehabilitation Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; her mother and father, Elva and Bert Bennett; and brother, Kenneth Bennett.
She is survived by a son, Dennis Page and wife, Cathy, of Endwell, N.Y.; brother, Rodger Hveem and wife, Jeanette, of Denton, N.C.; granddaughters, Heather Page of Liverpool, N.Y., Darlene Osbourn and husband, James, of East Syracuse, N.Y., and Vanessa Page of Goldsboro, N.C.; great-granddaughter, Victoria Lynn Ramaglino of Deep Run, N.C.; great-grandson, Alec Liparulo of East Syracuse, N.Y.; along with several nieces, nephews and a special "daughter," Marty Fagala.
She was a member of Providence United Methodist Church in Goldsboro.
She retired from Onondaga County in Syracuse, N.Y.
Services will be held at a later date in Syracuse, N.Y.
Rose loved all who entered her life, and it was a blessing if she knew you. The world is one person short of a laugh, warm heart and welcoming and accepting smile today.
