WILLIAM CARLTON WHITFIELD

William "Whit" Carlton Whitfield, 77, of 1138 Old Hinton Road, Princeton, died Saturday. He was born to the late William Jackson and Betty Pittman Whitfield.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Casey Funeral Home in Princeton with the Rev. Bill Rose and the Rev. Jim Whitfield officiating. Burial will follow in the Princeton Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Cooper Whitfield and one son.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 p.m. today at Casey Funeral Home.
