BOBBY RAY ROWE

Aug. 14, 1935--July 20, 2010

Bobby Ray Rowe of Kenly went home to heaven to be with his parents, Carl and Myrtle Howell Rowe, on Tuesday, July 20, 2010.

Bobby was born Aug. 14, 1935, and raised on the family farm located on Princeton-Kenly Road. You would always be greeted with a wave from the front porch most any day of the week. He was a member of Niagara Pentecostal Holiness Church on Bagley Road, Kenly, where he attended faithfully every Sunday until his health no longer allowed him to go.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Parrish Funeral Home in Princeton with burial to follow at Rains Crossroads Church Cemetery.

He is survived by his brother, Kenneth Rowe and wife Rhonda, of Princeton; one nephew, Eddie Rowe and Cheryl Scott of Princeton; three nieces, Rena Shasteen of Kenly, Tina Sutton and husband Arnold of Kenly, Debbie Rowe and Tim Todd of Maryland; three grandnieces, Zoe Rowe, Lindsey Shasteen and Heather Rowe; and four great-nephews, Ian Rowe, Gabriel Sutton, Christopher Rowe and Michael Rowe.

Viewing will be at Parrish Funeral Home in Princeton on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Niagara Church, c/o Barbara Willoughby, 1380 Lowell Mill Road, Selma, NC 27576.

Bobby will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
