Raymond John Winter Jr., 8, died July 9 in Raleigh.
A private family graveside service will be held on Monday.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Crossroads Fellowship Church on Millbrook Road, Raleigh.
Raymond is survived by his parents, Helen Floyd and Raymond John Winter; two sisters, Koren Nicole and Michelle Lauren Winter, all of Raleigh; and his grandparents Jeanne and Sam Floyd of Goldsboro.
