KENANSVILLE -- Lillian Mabel Rouse, 89, of Kenansville, passed on to her heavenly home Saturday, July 10, 2010, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 6:30 p.m. today at West Duplin Free Will Baptist Church. Visitation will follow the service. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Golden Grove Cemetery in Kenansville.
Mrs. Rouse is survived by a son, David Rouse and wife, Kay, of Winnabow; daughters, Mary Richardson and husband, Francis, of Slidell, La., Dorothy Boshky and husband, Tom, of Hampstead; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and nine step-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Rouse was preceded in death by husband, Herman B. Rouse; son, H. Elwood Rouse; daughter, Linda Giles; great-grandson, John W. Boshky Jr.; and step-great-grandson, Neil Logan.
