RICHMOND, Va. -- Dennis Eugene Capps, 63, formerly of Goldsboro, died.

A memorial service will be held Saturday at Walnut Creek Free Will Baptist Church in LaGrange at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Tony McLamb officiating.
