Bonnie Price Bazemore, 54, 158 Merrywood Drive, died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A memorial service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, with pastor Danny Johnson officiating.
She was born in Wayne County to the late Roland David and Nancy Arbell Price and was married to David Earl Bazemore.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
