EMERALD ISLE -- Louise Nelson Casey, 83, 420 Channel Drive, passed away Tuesday.
Funeral services were to be held today at 2 p.m. at Edwards Funeral Home in Kinston.
She was the daughter of the late Lillian and Leslie Nelson.
