PRINCETON -- Betty Corbett Hogg, 97, 9384 U.S. 70 East, died Saturday afternoon at Johnston Medical Center.

The funeral will be conducted tonight at 7 at Casey Funeral Home in Princeton, with the Rev. Dwayne Batten officiating. The committal service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Maplewood Cemetery in Clayton.

She was born Sept. 10, 1912, the daughter of the late Joseph Arthur and Mae Adams Corbett. She was the widow of John "Johnnie" Ruffin Hogg.

Mrs. Hogg and her husband were owners of Princeton Dry Cleaners that once was in Princeton.

She was the oldest member of Princeton Baptist Church.

She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Johnny Sue Horne and husband, Rex, of Knightdale and Frances Fields and husband, Elmer, of Princeton; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends tonight beginning at 5:30 and immediately following the funeral service.
