FAISON -- Maria Lucinda Gonzalez, 33, of 316 Northeast Center St., died Monday at N.C. Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, West Main Street, Mount Olive. Her remains will then be returned to her native El Salvador for burial.
She is survived by Pedro Mejia and three children.
Arrangements are in the care of Tyndall Funeral Home, Mount Olive.
