CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas -- Eunice Phillips Howell, 95, passed away Sunday at her residence.
Funeral services will be in Goldsboro at Seymour Funeral Home Saturday, with visitation from 10 to 11 a.m., with services to follow. Burial will be at Summerlin Family Cemetery.
Throughout her long life, she was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
She is survived by her daughter, Rachel H. Villarreal; her granddaughter, Roby (Joel) Gonzales; her grandson, Curtis H. (Nikki) Villarreal; great-granddaughters, Dylan Nicole Villarreal and Victoria Rachelle Gonzales; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John J. and Gertrude Summerlin Phillips; her husband, Curtis Baxter Howell; her brother, Grady (Margaret) Phillips; five sisters and their spouses, Seany (Nathan) Potter, Glennie (Al) Gurley, Roby (Doug) Douglas, Mary Jack Phillips and Gertrude (Nick) Encerti; and her son-in-law, Homer Delfino Villarreal.
She is already missed by her family and friends.
