Ida W. Gray, 87, passed away Wednesday evening, Oct. 14, 2009, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
A celebration of life service will be held Monday at 7 p.m. at First Pentecostal Holiness Church in Goldsboro. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church foyer and other times at the home of her daughter.
Ida was born in Greensboro to the late Thomas C. Willard and Mary Myers Willard.
She is survived by her daughter, Diane Ezzell and husband, Jack, of Goldsboro; her son, John Gray and wife, Angela, of Anderson, S.C.; her grandchildren, Marquita and Joey Ingram, Shownell Ezzell and Kade Ezzell; her great-grandchildren, Sydney and Morgan Ingram; and her special friend, Betty Sasser.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Kitty Askins Hospice Center Building Fund, 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, NC 27533.
