FAYETTEVILLE -- Eddie Teyon Williams, 21, 725 Force Road, gently closed his weary eyes in death Monday in Fayetteville.

His life and memory will be celebrated Sunday at 2 p.m. at Central Heights Free Will Baptist Church, with pastor Isaac Burnette officiating. His remains will be laid to rest near his beloved mother in Old Mill Cemetery.

Teyon was a student at Fayetteville State University. He had a love for the funeral service industry and was a part-time staff member with Cunningham Funeral Home in Fayetteville.

He was the son of the late Brenda Austin and Eddie Williams.

Teyon's memory and sacred trust will be cherished by his grandmother, Mable Austin of the home; uncles and aunts, Vernon and Justina Perry, Mikail Wadud, the Rev. George and Yolanda Beary and Norwood Austin III; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Teyon's remains peacefully rest at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, 900 S. George St. in Goldsboro.

Visitation will be Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries in Goldsboro.

The family will receive friends at the residence where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
