ZEBULON -- Charles Bradley "Brad" Cummings, 38, 335 Mustang Lane, died Wednesday at Wake Med.

A memorial service to celebrate Brad's life will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service chapel, 944 Old Knight Road in Knightdale. An inurnment service will take place at a later date for family and friends.

Brad was born May 12, 1971, in Greenville, Miss., to Clyde Bradley Cummings and Sandra Sue Sherman Diller.

He graduated from Greenville High School in Greenville, Miss.

Brad was a service technician with Hydro Services and Supplies.

He is survived by his wife, Christine Tyndall Cummings; a daughter, Georgia Leigh Cummings; his mother, Sandra Sherman Diller and husband, Steven, of Knightdale; his father, Clyde Bradley Cummings of Crossett, Ark.; sisters, Karen Renee West and husband, Jeff, of Zebulon and Kimberly Michelle Jenkins and husband, Kelly, of Garner; maternal grandmother, Helen Long of Winter Garden, Fla.; paternal great-grandmother, Virginia Hearn of Crossett, Ark.; father and mother-in-law, Harvey and Faye Tyndall of Mount Olive; sisters-in-law, Amy Gooding of Goldsboro and Becky Dawson and husband, Jerry, of Clayton; nieces and nephews, Lauren, Drew, Ashton, Riley, Josh, Peyton, Holly Ann and Samantha.

He was preceded in death by gandparents, Charles Sherman, Horace Hearn, Clyde L. Cummings and Doris Heam Tenpenny.

The family will receive relatives and friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made for the college fund of Georgia Leigh Cummings, c/o Christine Cummings, 357 Christopher Drive, Clayton, NC, 27520.
