MARY ROWE

A celebration of life for Mary Rowe, 73, 552 Ditchbank Road, who died Saturday at Kitty Askins Hospice center, was held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Rhodes Funeral Home chapel, with elder Doris Jean Lassiter as eulogist. Interment and a dove release ceremony was held in Wilson Private Cemetery in Goldsboro.
She was born March 30, 1936, to the late Clark Kornegay and Louise Gray.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory her husband, Luby Rowe, and six children.
There was a viewing Wednesday from 2 to 7 p.m. at Rhodes Funeral Home chapel.
