GREENSBORO -- A celebration of life for Jewel Hicks Liburd, 62, 1541 New Garden Road, Apt 1C, who died Sept. 22 at Moses Cone Hospital, will be held Saturday at Rhodes Funeral Home chapel in Warsaw at 3 p.m. Interment and a dove release ceremony will be held in Devotional Gardens.
She was born March 7, 1947, to Mamie Bryant Hicks and the late Eddie Frank Hicks.
She is survived by her husband Davis Liburd, and two children.
There will be a viewing Saturday at 1 p.m. until the hour of service at Rhodes Funeral Home chapel.
Rhodes Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling the arrangements.
