KINSTON -- Brandy White Moody, 30, went to be with her Lord Sunday.
Funeral services will be held at tonight at 7 at Howard-Carter Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jimmy Sowers officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service and other times at the home of her parents. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
Brandy was born in Lenoir County Sept. 13, 1978, to Audrey and Bobby White.
She loved her work as a registered nurse with the Wayne County Health Department. Brandy was a devoted wife, mother, daughter and sister. She was a wonderful mother to her two sons and always enjoyed spending time with her family and loved ones.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her husband, Jay Moody; sons, Jared Reid Puckett and Jantzen Brett Jones; stepchildren, Hannah, Kaylie and Jaiden; grandmother, Ethel Marie Davis; sister, Ashley Dawson and husband, Fred; and nephew, Gage Dawson.
Preceding her in death were her maternal granddaddy, Levi Davis; paternal grandparents, Robert and Delcia White; and sister, Megan D. White.
Arrangements are being handled by Howard-Carter Funeral Home.
