Daniel Keith "Danny" Boyer, 48, 102 Peggy Lane, Goldsboro, died Friday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home Chapel, with the family remaining to visit with friends and relatives.
Born in New Brunswick, N.J., he was the son of Diane Lyter of Cairnbook, Pa., and the late Charles Boyer, and the brother of the late Donald Boyer.
In addition to his mother, Danny is survived by his wife, Phyllis Boyer; a beloved friend and sister-in-law, Sherry Patterson of Dublin, Va.; his daughter, Danielle Boyer of the home; a brother, Clyde Boyer of Pennsylvania; five sisters, Barbara Sokol, Arlene Gibbons, Patricia Christner, April Trent and Linda Foy of Pennsylvania.
