GAIL PRAZAK

Gail Prazak, 72, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2009, at home.
Mrs. Prazak was born in Chicago, Ill. July 28, 1936 to the late Elbert and Jean Granica Kozlowski. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Goldsboro.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond William Prazak; two sons, Mark Prazak and wife, Gina, of Florida and Matthew Prazak and wife, Linda, of Knoxville, Tenn.; one daughter, Lorene Cooper and husband, Daniel, of LaGrange; one brother, Gregory Kozlowski and wife, Toni, of Fountain, Mich.; five grandchildren, Daniel Cooper Jr., Kristin Copeland, Shaun Cooper, Aaron Prazak and Anthony Prazak; and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Vincent DePaul Society, c/o St. Mary Catholic Church, 1000 N. Jefferson Ave., Goldsboro, N.C. 27530.
A mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, April 6, 2009 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church with the Rev. Thomas Norris, O.S.F.S. presiding.
