Gail Prazak, 72, died Thursday at home.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church with the Rev. Thomas Norris, O.S.F.S. presiding.
Mrs. Prazak was born in Chicago, Ill., on July 28, 1936, to the late Elbert and Jean Granica Kozlowski.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond William Prazak; two sons; and one daughter.
Arrangements are being handled by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
