PIKEVILLE -- Never in doubt.
Such was the case on Wednesday at Hardy-Talton Stadium, as Charles B. Aycock opened play in the N.C. High School Athletic Association 3-A soccer playoffs with a better-in-all-phases, 6-1 triumph over No. 27 seed Wilson Hunt.
Sean Doulin, Leo Carcamo, Ivan Delgado, David McIver, Nick Meza and Coe Jordan each found the back of the net for CBA, who moved to 15-4-0 on the season.
McIver scored on a penalty kick.
Doulin, Zach Naughton, Dillon Borel and McIver each found the assist column for the sixth-seeded Powder Blues, who will play host to Walter M. Williams High on Saturday.
