GC squeezes by E. Wayne on softball diamond

Eastern Wayne fought into the eighth inning Wednesday before falling 4-3 to Greene Central.
Trisha Bell led the Warriors' offense with two hits. Debbie Mitchell, Brooke Morawski and Uzzell each added a hit.
Emily Uzzell endured pitching loss.
Eastern Wayne (0-12 overall) is the guest of J.H. Rose next Tuesday.
