NL's Robinson limits Saints to one hit

DUDLEY -- Nicole Robinson threw a complete game one-hitter in the circle and North Lenoir took down Southern Wayne 3-0 Wednesday evening.
Megan Lanier had three hits and an RBI for North Lenoir. Blythe Greene added two hits, an RBI and a double.
Haley Brogden endured the pitching loss, giving up six hits and striking out 11 for Southern Wayne. Kelsey Hayes tallied the Saints' lone hit.
Southern Wayne (6-6 overall) travels to C.B. Aycock next Tuesday. North Lenoir (7-0) is the guest of Greene Central on Friday.
