Golden Falcons net victory over archrival

PIKEVILLE -- Charles B. Aycock swept the singles and doubles courts during a 9-0 conquest of county archrival Eastern Wayne during their Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference match on the Luke Vail Tennis Courts.
Addison Vail, Charles Hooks, Jackson Yelverton, Allan Best, Stanton Head and Nick Coston all won their singles matches. Yelverton-Vail, Hooks-Best and Head-Coston completed the sweep in doubles.
The Golden Falcons (8-7 overall) climbed to 7-5 in the ECC.
