Goldsboro bounces back from opening-set loss to RMP

* Goldsboro shook off a loss in the first set and responded by winning the next three in a 13-25, 25-21, 25-19, 25-17 victory over visiting Rocky Mount Prep on Thursday.
Bailee Ellis handed out 20 assists for the Cougars. Amena Williams pounded out nine kills. Brandi Johnson had eight kills and eight aces. Alexus Davis added five kills and Kaylee Lyon had five aces.
Goldsboro (1-2) visits Eastern Wayne on Monday.
