Saints net non-conference win over Clinton

CLINTON -- Southern Wayne earned a 9-0 win Friday afternoon at Clinton.
Hope Jones, Taylor Davis, Mollianne Kennedy, Claire Kennedy, Cierra Moody and Brittany O'Brien each won a singles match for the Saints.
The doubles teams of Jones-Davis, Kennedy-Kennedy and Moody-O'Brien also prevailed.
Southern Wayne (2-1 overall) begins Eastern Carolina 3-A Conference play Tuesday afternoon at Cleveland.
