Barbara Louise Weld Phillips, 70, died Wednesday at Wayne UNC Health Care.
Funeral will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home chapel, the family will greet friends one hour after the service at the funeral home.
She was born in Stanley County to the late Ernest Edwin and Grace Ethel Lewis Weld. She was married to the late David Glenn Phillips.
