Alfred “Al” Lewis Smith, 88, died Saturday at home.
Funeral will be at Warsaw United Methodist Church Monday at 6:15 p.m. Burial will be at Pine Crest Cemetery, Warsaw, Tuesday at 11 a.m.
He was the son of the late William Hugh and Ada Shephard Thomas Smith. He was married to the late Julia Jean Newkirk Smith.
He is survived by four children.
Visitation will be at 116 Oak St., Warsaw, from 3 to 8 tonight.
