Wade Oliver Winstead, 71, Elm City, died Friday at Curis Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wilson.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at First Missionary Baptist Church, Elm City, with pastor Mark M. Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Hamilton Burial Gardens, Wilson.
He was born Jan. 14, 1947, in Nash County to the late Horace Reid and Nellie Gray Winstead.
Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at First Missionary Baptist Church. Family will assemble at the home of Cierra Artis, 3708B Starship Lane, Wilson, at noon for the funeral.
