Romero Jose Hardy, 40, died June 29 at Lenoir UNC Health Care.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Heart to Heart Prayer House Church of Christ Disciples of Christ. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born June 5, 1978, in Wayne County to Donnie Merle Wooten and Melba Rita Hardy.
He is survived by a daughter.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. The family will receive friends at the home of his sister, 111 E. James St., Apt. A, LaGrange, where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
