MARY JANE JACKSON

Mary Jane Jackson, 88, of Fremont, was reunited with her loving husband Friday morning, March 30, 2018.
Funeral service will be held Monday, April 2, 2018, at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont, with burial to follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2 until 2:45 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the home of Wayne and Patricia Jackson, 500 N. Hillandale Drive in Fremont.
Mrs. Jackson was born in West Virginia on Jan. 17, 1930, to the late George and Jesse Rutter Smith.
She is survived by two sons, Travis Dean Jackson of Florida and Wayne Jackson and wife, Patricia, of Fremont; two daughters, Jennifer Jackson of Fremont and Liddy Hartzell and husband, Clarence, of Belfast; her twin sister, Janet Wilson of California; her grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Jackson; and a daughter, Virginia Ellen Jackson Barwick.
The family extends a special thank you to all her caregivers and especially, Angela Reid.
Services are entrusted to the care of Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home, 102 N. Pine St., in Fremont.
