Billy Ray Baker, 70, 149 Lakewood Ave., Dudley, died Sunday in Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
He was born April 24, 1947, in Wayne County to Joseph and Norma Kennon Baker.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Holloman Baker.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at New Stoney Hill United Holy Church. Entombment will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to at the church.
