Michael Valentine Lawhorn, 55, 1427 Biddle Road, Dover, died Tuesday in Johnston County.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at New Mount Zion Christian. Burial will be in Bryant Family Cemetery
He was married to Brenda Lawhorn.
Visitation will be an hour prior to the service at the church. The family will assemble at the home for the procession.
Arrangements are by Trinity Memorial Funeral Home Inc. Kinston.
