Douglas E. Jackson Jr., 70, 108 Edinburough Lane, died Tuesday at Barbour Court Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Smithfield.
Funeral is Monday at 1 p.m. at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. Burial at Wayne Memorial Park.
He was born on March 29, 1947, in Wayne County, to Douglas Edward and Helen Monk Jackson Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Edna Barden Jackson.
Visitation is Monday from noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
