Frank Peter Mitchell, 94, Snow Hill, died Wednesday at home.
Burial will be at Beaufort National Cemetery in Beaufort, S.C.
He was born in New York on Feb. 3, 1924, to the late Frank and Jennie Bougades Mitchell. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bessie Mitchell.
He is survived by a son and daughter.
