Graveside service is Monday at 3 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
He was born on Dec. 19, 2017, to Benjamin and Vicki Mathis Smith.
Visitation is today from 1 to 3 p.m. at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
