Juanita Johnson Smith, 74, 621 Outlaw Road, Dudley, died Monday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Mark Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will be at Carver Memorial Park.
She was born Jan. 15, 1943, in Wayne County to Lillie Mae Southerland and Albert Johnson.
She is survived by four children.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.
Arrangements are by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations Inc.
